Clever Edits is two people.

Jeremy’s career has taken him from traditional television and post-production to some of the largest stages and live events in the country, creating content for broadcast, brands, music festivals, corporate events, and immersive experiences. His work combines the storytelling instincts of an editor with the technical and creative problem-solving required for live production, where content isn’t just watched, it’s part of the experience.

Specializing in editorial, motion graphics, 3D design, and real-time workflows, Jeremy has extensive experience developing custom content for large-format LED walls, projection surfaces, and unconventional screen layouts. From a standard 16:9 deliverable to a stage wrapped in millions of pixels, every project is approached with an understanding of how content will ultimately be experienced by the audience.

At the heart of the work is creative problem-solving. Whether building a photorealistic environment in Unreal, developing a graphics package for a live show, shaping a story in the edit, or solving a technical challenge under a tight deadline, the goal is simple: make something great and make it work when it matters.

Steve’s career in live events started on the rodeo circuit in Oregon before taking him on the road with Jimmy Buffett in 2012. Starting as an LED assistant, he worked his way through nearly every side of live video production, from building and rigging LED displays to engineering, media server operation, and programming. Years spent hands-on with structure, rigging, LED systems, CAD drawings, and technical schematics gave him a sharp eye for detail and an understanding of live production that goes well beyond what happens on a computer screen.

An artist long before he was a 3D modeler, Steve spent much of his downtime on the road drawing on his iPad. Those sketches eventually found their way onto the stage when Jeremy and others on the Buffett team began commissioning him to create hand-drawn assets for tour content. Today, that artistic foundation extends across 2D illustration, 3D modeling, CAD, technical layouts, and content built specifically for live environments.

Whether the job calls for a detailed 3D model, hand-drawn artwork, a precisely designed LED layout, or someone willing to get their hands dirty on site, Steve brings an artist’s eye and a technician’s understanding of how the pieces fit together.
