How it started

We had just finished 101 Bold Nights at the Bell Tower in Nashville. The venue’s in-house vendor put us in front of the production company that runs shows in that room, who had a party coming up for Bespoke, whose client was Gainbridge.

Denim and diamonds

The pitch deck came with a theme. We had to get that theme, an IndyCar, and a brand into the same loop.

We already knew what the projectors in that room could and could not do, because we had just built for them. The content was made to those limits rather than around them, and ran on loop through the event. The same material was recut into loops for the standard TVs across the venue.

A record year

The next year Bespoke moved to a different venue with a different production company, and still called us.

The theme was “A Record Year.” We worked with the Andretti team, got the CAD schematics for their IndyCar, and rebuilt it in Unreal.

It lived in a virtual recording studio full of nods to Gainbridge, built as rooms that each served a purpose for the event. One room’s walls were covered in music posters that represented the artists who were playing that night. A loose recreation of Nashville roads had their IndyCar running through it, cut against real plates of the city.

One loop, and the room’s energy moved with it.

What it left

Two years, two venues, two production companies. Nobody from Clever Edits set foot in either room.
