Make - Stage 02

A character on your screen who talks back to the room.

What it is

There is a real performer behind the character, reacting live to whatever is happening in the room.

It isn’t a video or a canned loop. The character can call someone out in the crowd, run a contest, react to an answer, or work sponsor messaging into the conversation without stopping to play an ad.

We built the system with SSD Productions, combining our real-time 3D work with their live-production experience.

What it's for

Brings a brand ambassador or mascot to life

An existing character, or one designed with you to brand standards.

Turns a screen into a two-way moment

Contests, call-outs, dance-offs, rowdiest-fan bits. The crowd stops watching a screen and starts talking to it.

Sells without feeling like an ad

Sponsor messaging delivered in character, inside an environment we build around it.

Generates footage people actually post

Interactions get filmed by the crowd, which is where the reach comes from.

How it works
01

We figure out who the character is and what you actually want them to do - designed to your brand standards, or built around a mascot you already have.

02

We build the character and the world around them to fit the brand - backgrounds, tour merch, whatever the moment needs.

03

We work out the bits with you, including how they interact with the rest of the show.

04

Then we show up, plug into the venue's video system, and run it.

Who performs it

The characters are performed by professionals - puppeteers, voice actors and character performers with credits at Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and in arenas. This only works if the person inside it is genuinely good, so we do not cut that corner.

Best explained by showing you.

Tell us the event and the audience, and we'll send the full packet - including footage of a performer running it live.
